Ice, Snow and Mistletoe

Ice
The orange bucket under the stairs contains ice melt crystals for homeowners as well as maintenance crew use.  It can be applied to stairs and pathways in case of freezing rain, ice, or snow.  As always, though, be careful when walking on ice or other slippery surfaces

Snow
Showplace is on call for snow removal services should we need it this winter. Please be advised that snow removal will be authorized at the Board’s direction.  NOTE:  Showplace will not send a crew if the roads are impassable.  If you have a concern regarding snow removal, icy conditions, etc. please email management  (a copy will also be sent to the Board).

Christmas Trees
Trees cannot be disposed of in the trash areas. Our trash company will not take them.  However, every January, the association brings in a dumpster for Christmas trees.  The board will post dates and locations late in December.

Other
As a reminder, our management company has an on-call after hour’s emergency responder to assist in emergencies, i.e. water leaks, damage to common areas impacting livability, fallen trees blocking roadways, etc.  If you experience an emergency after hours, please call 503.670.8111.
