Planning a Renovation?
On December 7, 2022 by TheBoardBefore starting any renovation project, refer to the Tanglewood Hills list of Rules and Regulations. Be sure to submit an Architecture Review Form (ARC form) with the board. These forms are located in the Documents section.
The ARC form will ask for a description of your project, what professionals you’ll be hiring and whether common elements will be impacted by the work. Ensure to provide the drawing(pictures) showing where the work will be done and installed.
The Association has strict rules about any construction or installation that impacts the exterior, involves electrical or plumbing fixtures, or compromises other building systems. Anything that pierces the building siding is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Board.
