Board Meetings Suspended Due to Covid

Hello fellow homeowners,

In response to the unprecedented time, we are currently living in, the Tanglewood Hills Board of Directors will be postponing all upcoming meetings until further notice.

ORS 100.420 allows for the suspension of in-person meetings and the postings of meeting notices during an emergency. The Board and its members are permitted to meet electronically or telephonically in closed sessions, continuing the business of the association during that time and for the duration of an emergency.

Rest assured, management trust and the Board are still receiving your e-mails. Please continue to utilize these communication channels to keep in contact with us.

We have been in contact with the majority of vendors that service our property on a regular basis, including HOA maintenance and showplace landscaping. All our vendors are taking extra precautions during this time and have no plans to reduce or discontinue their services at this time. If changes occur in our regular maintenance, we will notify the community.

We also wanted to share a brief update on the upcoming envelope repair project. As the impacts of the COVID-19 virus on our community develop on a daily basis, we are hitting the pause button for now. We understand this is an uncertain time for all of us and we believe waiting for some “normality” is our best course of action at this time. The Board will continue to prepare our plans, ensuring we can resume the project as soon as the appropriate time is upon us.
